We purchase large acreage in the DFW, Waco, and College Station areas and surroundings with the purpose of getting the land ready for development.
We will typically pay full market value for land. We get the land ready for development and eventually communities are created, providing housing for many families.
Why our sellers GET more $ when they sell to us:
- The reason we can pay full market value is because we actually add value to the property by preparing it for development, so we aren’t looking to low ball land owners like some of the other guys.
- We have a small team with a low overhead
- No realtor commissions. That full extra 6% goes straight to our seller’s pockets.
